The scan automatically detects sanitary fixtures, kitchen appliances, utilities and stairs. Everything appears directly as a symbol on your floor plan. In the editor you adjust what needs adjusting.

Good to know

Will the report be accepted?
VLAK calculates according to NEN 2580 / BBMI, the standard used by Funda, estate agents and banks. You check and sign off as the responsible party.
How accurate is a LiDAR scan?
The scan measures to centimetre level. On top of that, you walk through every room in the review screen to confirm category and heights.
Does it work on my iPhone?
You need an iPhone Pro with LiDAR to scan. Processing and reviewing is done right in the browser.
When can I start?
We are launching in phases. Join the waitlist and we will get in touch personally the moment you can start, and help you through your first measurement.
Can I deliver on weekends?
Yes, you can measure and deliver 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends. (We schedule our personal onboarding on business days.)
