VLAK calculates according to NEN 2580 / BBMI, the industry-wide measurement instruction that Funda, estate agents and banks use. You check and deliver the report as the responsible party; VLAK provides the calculation, the drawing and the audit trail.

The standard looks at the measurement, not at who measures. You scan to centimetre level and sign off on every room yourself in the review screen. You substantiate the area to exactly the same standard as an agency, only within a day instead of waiting a full working day.

iPhone 12 Pro or newer (all Pro and Pro Max models). Regular iPhone models (without Pro) do not have LiDAR. The processing, reviewing and exporting you simply do in the browser.

The LiDAR scan measures to centimetre level. After that, you walk through every room yourself in the review screen to confirm or correct the category and heights (including low ceilings under 1.50 m). Nothing goes out the door before you have signed off on it.

VLAK is launching in phases. Join the waitlist via the "Join waitlist" button; as soon as it is your turn, we set up your account personally and run through your first measurement together.

We will announce final pricing at launch. The model is simple: you pay per finished report or choose a monthly plan that grows with your volume. Scanning itself costs nothing; only a finished report counts.
